Come join us at Peter Olsen Art Studio where you can draw, paint, study the great and future masters, experience the challenge of pyrography...maybe all of it?  Then come join us to learn and create in an atmosphere of exciting creativity, and fun for children (age 6 and up), teens, and adults.

You will have the opportunity to work with a classically trained, award winning artist whose teaching formula for your success is OIC - Originality, Imagination, and Creativity.   In no time, you will be creating and exhibiting -- maybe even sell?

We have progressive small group classes for children thru adult during the school year plus special sessions during holidays and the summer.  For those with specific needs or schedule, we also offer private classes for children, teens, and adults.

Elementary/middle school/homeschool students concentrate on building their sketching skills through art basics and painting/drawing using a variety of mediums.  High School students work in a variety of mediums plus oil as well as Portfolio Development for those who are going to pursue art schools.

Adults work in acrylics, oils, watercolor. We have beginners through advanced and professionals who sell/exhibit their works.  We assist with exhibit and networking opportunities.

Our studio also has art for sale in different themes and medium.  And we do murals for churches, homes - children's themes/scenic themes for other rooms - restaurants, businesses.

We also provide presentations in art on Revelation  and other Biblical themes for churches and study groups.

After School Art - Progressive Class on Tuesday or Thursday afternoons throughout the school year for elementary, middleschool, highschool, and home schooled students. Studio opens at 2:30 and closes at 6 ; there is a 2 hour minimum.  Registration required.  Students learn about art, art masters, and progress through individual projects in sketching, painting, clay, and more.  Students develop a body of work and we arrange art exhibits for them in libraries and art centers. 

Every December and January, we have an Annual Art Exhibition dedicated to the young students who work very diligently throughout the year; each is honored and recognized as part of an outgoing Reception.  Throughout the year our adults exhibit individually or as a group with the Fifth Avenue Fine Arts Society.

Adult Art Class- Adults and advanced teens come to the studio Fridays between 2 - 6 p.m.                                                   All levels and mediums are welcome.

Private Tutoring - When your need or schedule requires individual instruction, this option is available.

Birthday ART Parties- GREAT fun and very memorable for children and adults.
